The subject

Ritu Suri was the founding visionary of Step By Step School, and her leadership shaped generations of young students. This portrait was made as a personal tribute to her influence, her warmth, and her legacy in education.

The work

Built on a larger grid than the pair before it: fifteen across, seventeen down. One extra column and one extra row do not sound like much, but they buy thirty-one more cubes — and resolution is only ever spent on a face.
